DAY 26: Take One Day At A Time

Take one day at a time. You’re going to have great days and some not so great days. You’ll have some successful weeks and others that are less than successful. You keep moving forward. If you have a bad day, look to the next. Don’t ever give up. Learn from the fails and turn them into successes.

Take one meal at a time. You’ll slip up. To tell you the truth, that’s expected. Nobody is perfect and no one stays on schedule every meal. What’s important here is to remember don’t make your fail the new norm. Get back on track. Choose better for the next meal or snack.

Good days create good habits; good meals foster good health. Take it a day and a meal at a time. Celebrate the successes. Learn from the fails and don’t succumb to them. You’re on a journey and you’ll reach the destination one day at a time.
