DAY 10: Talk To A Trainer

WEIGHT ROOMTalking to a trainer is one of the best decisions I’ve made and some of the best money I’ve ever spent. It’s one of the things people think about, maybe even explore, but too often won’t part with the time or money. It just makes sense to talk to someone who understands exercise, routine, and best practices to help you achieve desired results. We partner with experts in other fields, why not partner with someone who can help us live a healthier life?

I’ve utilized the expertise of two trainers over the past several years. Both made a significant impact on me. I connected with the first trainer to gain a better understanding of weight training. The second trainer has helped me with mobility, agility, and balance. I learn weekly. They’ve both helped me vary my workout which helps maintain my interest and routine. Both trainers have pushed me beyond my perceived limitations. We all need someone to cheer us to the next level.

If you’re serious about working out, exercise and fitness, talk to someone who can seriously help you achieve realistic physical goals. A personal trainer can help you make it happen.       Shane, thanks for commenting. Absolutely, one of my last posts scheduled for the series is about trying the Cool Spring Rec Center. It’s an excellent facility and you can’t beat the price, especially for Cool Spring members.
