Okay, I wanted to give fair warning, I’m writing again. I’ve taken a little over a year off from blogging routinely. These past months, God’s done a lot in my life. I compelled to write again. With that said, I’m launching a new series of posts about becoming a better you beginning December 1. This is a thirty-day series of daily posts referencing choices and daily behaviors. Several years ago, convicted about personal health choices, I drastically changed my habits regarding exercise, sleep, eating, and self-care. Having lost weight before, it always seemed to return. I determined this time would be different. I’ve maintained physical health and rhythm for several years now. This life is who I am now. I’ve learned much on the journey. I desire to help others make better choices with health. It’s about discipline and stewardship, but more importantly, it’s about God’s glory. Be sure and check-in daily throughout December for becoming a better you.
