Here’s a great perspective on failure and it’s worth the watch. In the process of creativity (thinking outside the box) there’s often too much emphasis placed on the potential for failure. The fear of failure paralyzes creativity. Taking risks, embracing creativity, and learning from failure is part of this mix called success. We are not promised unbridled success nor should we expect such throughout life. We should however welcome failure; never fear it. We learn from every result which falls short of our expectation. Learning from failure provides an opportunity for significant success. I like this Honda piece, it’s a good perspective on failure. It’s also a good lesson on organizational culture concerning regarding failure.
