Late to Church?

Ever been late to church? You try to sneak in without anyone noticing. You slip into the back pew and join in as if you’ve been there all along. As long as you’re not the last one entering into the sanctuary you’re not too late, right? This is a scene from License to Wed. How do you think this would play out in real life? I love the line that God’s on time and you’re very late!
