Brad Hoffmann was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. He is the oldest of three brothers. Brad graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic College (University) with a BS in Business Administration. After graduation and marrying his bride, they honeymooned via a U-Haul in passage to attend Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. After completing a M.Div. degree, he returned to Florida. Brad served four churches in Florida and Texas. He earned a doctorate (D.Min.) from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a specialization in leadership administration and team building. As a local pastor, Brad understands the challenges, successes, and failures of ministry. He is passionate about assisting other ministry leaders in developing a personal self-care strategy for longevity in ministry. Brad and his wife reside in Mechanicsville, Virginia. His oldest daughter, son-in-law, and children live in Ashland, Virginia. His middle daughter, son-in-law, and children reside in Hanover, Virginia. Their son lives in Glen Allen, Virginia. He is the Pastor at Cool Spring Baptist Church. Brad is also the co-host of the Reimagine Podcast along with Greg English and Bryan Dupuis.
