I Really LOVE Partnerships…

word-cloud-communityI’m a firm believer in we can do more together; I think you are too.

We have an opportunity to demonstrate it with iServe Weekend coming May 1-3, 2015. We’ve partnered with dozens of organizations throughout the Mechanicsville and Richmond area with over 40 different ministry volunteer options.

Our goal is to live connected in community on that weekend with 1,000 Cool Spring members and attenders giving back to community. We want everyone engaged in community that weekend.

There will be no t-shirts or any other Cool Spring branding for this weekend. We’re not out to get credit; we’re here to serve.

The weekend will culminate with one celebration service that day on Sunday afternoon at 4:00 pm in the Worship Center. We’ll run a live feed to the Sanctuary for overflow. We want everyone back together to celebrate what God did over the weekend in our community.

I’m excited about the opportunity of iServe at Cool Spring. Mark your calendars now. Registration for volunteer placement begins Sunday, March 15.
