Yesterday marked a transition on the church staff. We honored Pam Arkesteyn as she concluded her role as Children’s Ministry Associate. She’s been an integral part of the Children and Preschool Ministry at Cool Spring for the last 7 1/2 years. While Pam worked in nearly every aspect of Children’s Ministry, more recently she’d primarily focused in Preschool. It’s a huge group and a tremendous responsibility. Pam served well and will be greatly missed. Over the last months, God led Pam to return to the classroom as a second grade teacher. As she’s shared her story of God’s leading, it is evident Pam is following His will for her as she began this new classroom ministry. There is a silver lining in all this – Pam and family will still be an active part of Cool Spring. If you see Pam over the next couple of weeks, be sure to express your appreciation for her ministry at Cool Spring.
