I found out earlier this week that our book, “Preventing Ministry Failure” is now in its forth printing. I am once again humbled by the continued use of this resource. It’s pretty amazing that God would use an average pastor to be a part of something that’s influencing a significant number of men and women for greater effectiveness and longevity in ministry. PMF is at its heart a call to both create and live a personalized self-care strategy for those in ministry. Ministry is truly not for the weak at heart! I often reflect upon those elements and strategies incorporate in the book. Not only is Preventing Ministry Failure utilized by ministry professionals, but it is utilized as a text book for several dozen colleges, universities, and seminaries. To the glory of God and His honor!
