Collaboration and the Team

I continue to run across some interesting media as I’m finishing up a curriculum piece for my Team Building Workshop that is a part of Doctoral Project, “Developing Team Building Skills in a Multi-Staff Church.” This particular short clip references collaboration. This particular skill focuses on the value of individual contribution to the work of the group. Collaboration takes places in a group where individuals, ideas, and contributions are valued by the whole. Findings revealed in this clip are based upon research.
