I am so fortunate to have the most wonderful wife. Sunday night, Jolanta and I had the opportunity for dinner and a stroll – just us. Now, don’t get me wrong. I love my kids and enjoy their company, but it was extra special to spend time with just my bride. This summer, we will have been married 25 years. Where has the time gone. Back to Sunday night, we had dinner at El Meson on University in Rice Village. It’s a Spanish, Cuban, and Mexican Restaurant. I know that sounds odd, but their cuisine is a blend of all three. After dinner, we walked down to The Chocolate Bar to see the experience for ourselves. What a place! Everything you can image that’s chocolate, they have it there. It’s an incredible place. And no, we didn’t buy anything there. We just looked with amazement. Here’s a picture of Jolanta before walking in the bar. It was a great evening with a wonderful woman – what a fortunate guy I am!
